What's On The Course?

This course offers you the opportunity to train in all aspects of the catering industry right up to supervisory level, leading to recognised qualifications.

Building on the restaurant and kitchen skills you will have learnt at Level 2, you are able in Level 3 to learn more specialised areas of culinary preparation such as patisserie and professional cookery at Level 3.

Who Is It Suitable For?

Those with an interest and enthusiasm for the catering industry. This course can lead to progression in Supervisory, Management or Advanced Craft qualifications.

What Are The Entry Requirements?

Completion of either the Professional Cookery Diploma Level 2 or the Professional Culinary Service Certificate Level 2.

What Can I Do Next?

The course provides access for all skill levels and abilities and offers the opportunities to progress to a higher level. Students can specialise in Pastry, Kitchen/Larder or Restaurant at NVQ Level 3 after completion of Level 2.
