Ju-Jitsu Academy - Sports Arena Every Wednesday (8pm-9pm). Come along and learn how to defend yourself and try Ju-Jitsu in the College's Sports Arena. Qualified instructors will teach you skills such as kicking, striking, armlocks and sparring. This is a great way to keep fit and have fun at the same time. |
