If you are reading this you may be in the process of making one of the biggest decisions about your future so far. You may be nervous about college, concerned about how it will be different to school, unsure what course to study, worried about how you will fit in and where you will go after college? But don't worry - We can help!

Everybody is different and here at South Cheshire College we recognise the importance of that. We offer a really wide range of subjects at different levels and we are here to help you decide which route is best for you. We want you to enjoy your time at college whilst gaining the knowledge, skills and experiences to help you progress successfully in the future.

You may have left school already, or are currently studying. We recognise that some students don't achieve their full potential at school. We can still help you find out how the College can help you achieve what is necessary for to progress on to your chosen career.

If you are unsure of what you want to do when you finish Year 11 then you can access information from lots of different places. People who you can speak to include your parents/guardians, form tutors and Careers Advisors. You can also access lots of information on websites and also in local libraries.

The School Liaison Team at South Cheshire College is also here to help you. We are able to arrange for you to visit the College and find out more, meet current students, talk to specialist staff or just answer your questions. We will do our best to help you with your future planning.

College Tours

We are happy to arrange for you to come into the college to have a guided tour of the facilities and speak to staff either on your own or as a small group.

Taster Sessions

We can also arrange for you to sit in classes and take part in a taster of what a typical session would be like at college.

Careers Advice

If you think that you need a professional advice session then you can book in to the college's friendly Careers Advice service for a one-to-one chat with one of our professional careers advisors.
