Community

Painting and decorating students kicked off the Colleges Week activities
by giving a makeover to Marshfield Bank Community Centre in Crewe.
They painted the halls and ceiling at the centre and while the work
was being done residents were treated to lunch at college provided
by hospitality and catering students, hair dos provided by hairdressing
students and a bingo session hosted by health and social care students. Full

School ICT Day - Wednesday 12th November
Pupils from a number of local high schools took part in an ICT day
at college where they learnt more about the latest technology in a
number of different fields. The week was organised by the College's

Parliamentary Visits - Wednesday 12th November
and Thursday 13th November
Further Education Minister Sion Simon and Crewe and Nantwich Conservative

Skills Challenge - Friday 14th November
The week ended with a spectacular Skills Challenge which saw over 100

Both challenges were a race against the clock but students completed
them in style. Full details.
