See the Holiday Club Page for further details. Children staying all day need to bring their own packed lunch. Notes: Students may be eligible for assistance. The Nursery Grant Scheme allows parents access to five free 2½ hour sessions per week for eleven weeks per term. Parents can opt to use just the 2½ hour sessions or they can book their children in to standard sessions and pay a top-up fee of £5.75 per session. They can also opt to book them in for both 2½ hour sessions available on one day and pay a lunch supervision fee of £3.50. Holiday Rules: Students are not expected to pay fees for sessions not taken up during College holidays. Staff are not expected to pay fees for holidays notified in advance. Private clients are allowed two free weeks per year for holidays - all other sessions not taken up are payable in full. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or card. Some payments are made on behalf of clients by the Learner Support Fund (internal College transfer) some via the County Council for the Nursery Grant Scheme. There are also some vouchers which can be taken as payment which are sent away for redemption. |
