Full-time students aged 16 and 17 (or 18 as at 1 September of the start of the academic year) are entitled to apply for an EMA which is a weekly payment, dependent on household income. The payments are based on attendance and there is also a twice a year bonus which is dependent on satisfactory progress. Further information is available in the money matters section or if you have any further queries about the EMA scheme, please contact the Student Advisors at college.
