My
Story - A Student ProfileAngus
Morrison (Basic Skills - Computing and English)
"I have a full-time job as a road worker
for Edmun Nuttall, but first started coming
to College about three years ago to try
and improve my English and grasp of computers.
"I've already gained one qualification
in English and my confidence has soared
since I started on the Basic Skills courses.
I attend the sessions at Crewe Library
a couple of evenings a week because it
fits in with my day-to-day work on the
roads. I live on my own and am an independent
person so doing these courses has helped
me a lot. It was a bit daunting at first
but I'm really enjoying the courses and
all the staff at the College have been
very helpful."
