Step 2 - Where possible, we will use the Train to Gain programme help meet your training needs. Train to Gain is a government-subsidised service designed to help businesses get the training they need to succeed, often at NO COST to either employer or employee. There are some restrictions on the availability of Train to Gain funding, but these have been recently revised, bringing more groups of employees and levels of training within the scope of funding, to make the training FREE. Step 3 - If you have very specific training requirements that fall outside the scope of Train to Gain, we can tailor a programme to deliver just what you want. We have been doing this very successfully for a number of years through our subsidiary company South Cheshire Enterprises Ltd (SCEL). Step 4 - If your requirement is to help employees gain professional qualifications necessary to their occupation, at undergraduate or post-graduate level, then the College can help. We offer a wide range of Foundation Degrees and professional qualifications, which can be studied full or part-time, enabling employees to continue working while they study.
